Construction

Star-Max™ electric char-broilers are
designed to meet the highest commercial standards of
construction. Electric char-broilers are constructed of
polished 14 gauge stainless steel and features a 1"
stainless steel splash guard on each stainless steel and
features a 1" stainless steel splash guard on each
side, double wall aluminized steel side panels, stainless
steel front control panel with black polycarbonate faceplate
and stainless steel bullnose front. Constructed with
1-3/8" diameter hole in bottom rear panel allows for
1ph & 3ph conduit
